The policy outlined below are for Szeki Online purchases only.

Online customers can exchange (size, color, style) or online store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns are for store credit or exchange only, no refunds.

All Discounted Items as well as Accessories and Jewelry are FINAL SALE. All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE.

To request a return email us at info@szekiny.com or call (212) 614 3138 as soon as possible to receive your return approval number. 

All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

We will process your exchange once your original order arrives back to us.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet this standard.

Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed:

1. Before sending out your exchange package, you must obtain a Return Approval Number (RA#)
2. Please email with the subject line “Return Request” or call us to receive your RA#
3. A tracking number must be obtained by the customer when posting  in order for a return to be processed
4. Returns are to be sent prepaid. SZEKI will not accept CODs.
5. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns
6. Please insure the return for the full amount of the merchandise. SZEKI is not responsible for missing packages.
7. Print your confirmation email and attach to original packing slip. Include these documents in your package
8. Pack and securely seal the merchandise. Write your RA# visibly on the outside of the package
9. Address the package to: SZEKI,157 Rivington St, New York, NY 10002

We suggest using a traceable method of shipment; UPS or Fed Ex. N.B UPS shipments from California to New York can take up to 8 days. Please be aware of this when selecting your shipment option at UPS.

Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted if merchandise is damaged in transit when being returned so ensure your order is carefully packed and shipped.
